11 September, 2016 – Four matches within Week 4 of Vala Super League of Kosovo in football were played today. This week’s derby between Besa and Prishtina played at “Shahin Haxhiislami” in Peja, in the presence of a considerable number of viewers, ended without a winner, 1:1. Prishtina took the lead in the 17th minute with the goal scored by Basit Khalid. After the suffered goal, Pejans were those who took the initiative trying to as soon as possible equalize the numbers. However, they failed to manage it until the 92nd minute when after a fluent action, Fisnik Papuqi from the left hand side served Qemail Elshani well in the goal vicinity who acted in front of Prishtina’s defense to send the ball in the Alban Muçiqi’s net setting the final result 1:1. A convenient win was achieved by Trepça ’89, defeating Llapi this weekend at “Riza Lushta” Stadium with 3:0. Florent Hasani (28’) and Fiton Hajdari (48′, 70′) scored for the Mitrovicians victory. A not so difficult victory was marked by Liria, defeating Drita at home with 3:1. Meriton Korenica (1’), Blendi Memaj (47’,) and Alban Shilova (53’) took care for the Prizrenis’ victory, whereas, the goal of honor for Gjilanis was scored by Blagoje Gllaveski (71′). Meanwhile, the champions in force, Feronikeli, marked its second win in this season defeating Ferizaj hardly than expected, with 2:1. Goals for Feronikeli were scored by Mendurim Hoti (4′) and Blerand Kurtishaj (66′), whereas the temporary equalization goal for Ferizaj was scored by Edon Sadriu (60′).
