7 August 2017 – Within the preparations for the new championship, a workshop with football observers was held today where the lectures on different topics were held by Ismet Ahmeti and the members of the Competition Commission, Isuf Ajeti and Sahit Kelmendi as well as Ejup Osmani, officer in charge of integrity. The Head of the Competition Commission, Mr. Ismet Ahmeti reminded the observers once again their role in matches now when the fourth referee is in place too who will be in charge on the substitute seats and other matters. Now the clubs are reminded through observes that they must have barrels and four persons for help as well as substitute lights. In addition, observers must be vigilant in taking notes on everything that happens in the match. Meanwhile, Mr. Ejup Osmani who is in charge for integrity said that FFK now has an official who deals with the competition integrity, pointing out that UEFA and FIFA are interested in running the competitions for the protection and elimination of negative phenomena with particular emphasis in preventing manipulation of matches. Furthermore, Mr. Osmani said that the competitions must be in order, in the sports spirit, resisting different pressure that may come from manipulators whose money is dirty and come from crime, drugs and different stunts. The matches will be overseen throughout the championship so we must give all the contribution to having healthy matches with integrity and success and result to be always the epilogue of what clubs show in the field.
