31 August 2017 – Kosovo’s U21 National Team held today the last training session for the match against Norway, which will be played tomorrow at “Adem Jashari” Stadium in Mitrovica at 07:00p.m. The last exercise served to footballers to get familiarized with the field of the stadium, but the technical staff headed by Rafet Prekazi tried some schemes in the attack, as well as standard shootings. The state of players is generally good, whereas their motive to show as most quality game as possible in front of local fans is great. After the training of the Kosovo National Team, in the field of “Adem Jashari” stadium have also landed the Norwegian footballers who had training for about an hour. It is worth mentioning that FFK has made all the preparations for the tomorrow’s match, while the field is in excellent state.
Declared after training
Rafet Prekazi, Selector:
We worked hard on these games and have analyzed in details the game of Norway. The boys have been devoted all the time and are extremely motivated to give their best. We are aware of the qualities of the opponent, but if we manage to avoid those mistakes that we have shown in the last game, then we can also get a positive result as our players play with heart.
Arian Kabashi, footballer:
We have worked hard during these days to avoid mistakes from the first match. The result of the match at Drammen was not realistic, but we must be focused in maximum on the match and take advantage of the chances offered to us. The team looks more compact, so I believe we will have much better performance than in Norway.
