19 November 2022 – The Kosovo’s National Team ended the second friendly match of this month and the last match for this year with a draw. After the draw with Armenia (2:2), Dardanians, drew 1:1 with the Faroe Islands on Saturday at “Fadil Vokrri” stadium in Prishtina. In this match, the head coach Alain Giresse started the match with the players who had less space in the first friendly match. In the first half, the game was balanced, although Kosovo was more persistent in its search for a goal. However, continuous rain and unsuitable pitch made things difficult for the players on the field. The Dardanians started the second 45 minutes well, as Uran Bislimi scored a super goal in the 64th minute from a distance to unlock the score (1:0). However, this lead was not managed until the end, because the guests equalized after a quick counterattack in the 77th minute with the goal scored by Stefan Radosavljevic. Kosovo will return to the green field on 25 March next year when it will play the first match against Israel for the qualifications of the European Championship 2024.
