4 September 2020 – The Kosovo U21 National Team was defeated deeply by England U21 at the “Fadil Vokrri” stadium with 6: 0. Thus, Rafet Prekazi’s team suffered the deepest defeat so far after membership to UEFA as they were facing a rival at a significantly higher level than their opponents so far. The Kosovo U21 National Team was forced to play without many players in this match who failed to respond to the invitation due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This made the game of the young Dardans not at the right level. In fact, the young Dardans resisted only in the first half which ended in a draw 0: 0, while in the second half the young “Three Lions” scored six times at Smakiqi’s goal. Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah scored three goals, while Reiss Nelson, Ryan Sessegnon and Jude Bellingham scored one goal each.
