23 March 2024 – The Kosova U21 National Team took an important point in Chemnitz against the Group D favourite, Germany, as part of the European 2025 qualifiers. The boys led by Afrim Tovërlani managed to keep their goal net intact in the match played on Friday at “Stadion an der Gellertstrasse”.

The performance of the young Dardanians against one of the superpowers of European football was excellent. They showed courage and determination throughout the match and their sweat in the end was rewarded with a positive result.

Kosova U21 are ranked fourth in Group D, with 9 points in 7 games played so far.

The next match of Tovrlani’s team will be in September against Israel U21 as visitors while in the end of this qualifying cycle they will also face Poland and Estonia.
