29 March 2023 – The Kosovo’s National Team did not manage to collect more than one point in the second match of the qualifications for Euro 2024. After they drew as visitors in Tel Aviv against Israel, Dardanians drew at home in duel with Andorra with 1:1. Despite the complete dominance throughout the match, Kosovo did not manage to enjoy the long-awaited win. The first half ended goalless although Dardanians had several chances to score. They started the second half frantically, looking for a goal and in the 59th minute, Edon Zhegrova scored after being assisted by Milot Rashica. However, the Dardanians’s joy did not last long, because Andorra managed to equalize in the first action after conceding the goal. It was Berto Rosas who scored with a header after Alverda’s cross. In the following minutes, Kosovo tried their best to find the winning goal but Andorra’s defense was tight and did not allow much space for the Dardanian players. Kosovo will play its next matches in June against Romania in “Fadil Vokrri” and then as visitors against Belarus.
