20 January 2024 – In a very interesting and exciting match in Antalya, Turkey, Prishtina triumphed against Balkan with 2:1 thus rejoicing the Kosova Super Cup trophy. The blue and whites of the capital reached this success with the goals scored by Egzon Sinani and Leotrim Kryeziu. Prishtina unlocked the numbers in the ninth minute when centre-back Sinani scored a beautiful goal with an accurate shot from the area. Meanwhile, at the start of the second half, Prishtina added their lead after an excellent action when striker Kryeziu scored with a header from close range, after Kreshnik Uka’s cross. After this disadvantage, the Ballkan’s head coach, Ilir Daja, reacted with several substitutions, including the striker Krenar Dulaj. Moreover, this particular footballer scored a goal in the 79th minute, narrowing the score to 2:1 and giving his team hope for a comeback. However, in the remaining minutes, despite several chances, the team from Suhareka failed to find the equalizer. With this win, Prishtina secured the 11th Super Cup trophy, namely the ninth after the liberation. The medals for both teams were handed over by the FFK Vice-Presidents, Bakir Burri and Agim Dibrani as well as the legendary coach, Ajet Shosholli, while the FFK President, Agim Ademi, awarded the trophy to the captain of FC Prishtina.
